Research On Quality Evaluation Of Maker Space Service In University Library

In the era of rapid progress and development of mobile Internet technology,with the party 's central government's call for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and the impact of maker culture,institutions,organizations and departments at different levels in the country have begun to create maker space and maker space.And other innovation and entrepreneurship platforms.Nowadays,college libraries are facing major challenges and development opportunities.Universities at home and abroad are actively exploring how to integrate the maker space service concept into colleges and libraries.There have been many successful experiences and cases.However,in the theoretical practice of maker space construction and service development,university libraries still urgently need to improve the service evaluation mechanism of maker space and continuously improve the maker space construction and service content of university libraries.By conducting evaluation research on the quality of maker space services in university libraries,on the one hand,it enriches the research on the methods and theories of library maker space service quality evaluation,and on the other hand,it helps college libraries to better understand and recognize current books.The current status of library maker space service development,timely discovery of contradictions and problems in maker space,and promptly providing effective solutions to promote the improvement of library maker space construction and service quality and level.This article first elaborates the current research status of library maker space at home and abroad,and sorts out the concept of library maker space and its development,the basic model of comprehensive evaluation theory of service quality,and its related theoretical research methods.to sum up.Then,according to the content and characteristics of the makerspace service in the university library,at the same time carefully comb the literature related to the service quality evaluation research,and refer to the current developed SERVPERF method and evaluation model to build the makerspace service quality in the university library.Index system for comprehensive evaluation.Then,based on the principle of minimum relative information entropy,the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method are effectively combined to determine the weight of each index of the service quality evaluation system,and a fuzzy comprehensive service quality evaluation model based on the combination method is established.Finally,this paper selects the library maker space of WH University as the object of service quality evaluation research,verifies the applicability of the constructed service quality evaluation index and evaluation model,and finds WH based on the results of the service quality evaluation research conducted.There are still areas that need improvement in the library maker space of the university,and some important references and suggestions for improving the quality of library maker space service are given.
