Research On Fuzzy Evaluation Of Service Satisfaction Of Maker Space In University Library

With the establishment of maker space in university libraries.The related concepts and construction methods have gradually become the research focus of university libraries.In related researches at home and abroad,the related concepts of maker space construction are similar,but there are differences in the views of university libraries on the resource investment and service reorganization of maker space.As a result,the service quality and development level of maker space are somewhat different,and the overall research is still in the exploration stage.The establishment of a scientific evaluation system is helpful to clarify the deficiencies,improve the service of maker space in university libraries and promote its all-round development.To understand the research status of maker space in university libraries by consulting relevant materials;By combing the literature about the maker space in university libraries,a set of evaluation system of the service satisfaction of the maker space in university libraries is concluded,and the weight of each index is calculated based on the analytic hierarchy process,and the corresponding evaluation model is established.Then,three universities were selected and questionnaires were sent to the makers' space users in the libraries of these three universities.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an empirical study was conducted on the service satisfaction of the makers' space in the libraries of universities.Finally,this paper explores the problems existing in makers' space service in university libraries and proposes strategies to increase satisfaction.
