Research On The Building Of Quality Evaluation Model Of University Mobile Library Service

As the latest traditional library and digital library service model,mobile library service break through the limits of time and space,so that users can through a variety of portable devices anytime and anywhere to query,browse,and get library information resources to meet their demand.Current research on the mobile libraries are mostly concentrated in the aspects of theory,practical application and technology,but lack of systematically research on affecting factors of service quality.This paper first analyze mobile library and the evaluation of mobile library service quality.In mobile library research,this paper used Web of Science and CSSCI database to collect relevant literatures,comparative research and cutting-edge topics between domestic and international with visualization analysis by Cite Space III.The study found: foreign research topics focused on four aspects: mobile devices,mobile applications,mobile services and platforms,domestic are mainly on mobile library services,mobile users,mobile devices and system platforms research.In the aspect of mobile library service quality,find foreign mainly discuss digital/electronic resources and mobile service quality.Domestic research focused on the components of mobile library service,control process of information service quality and quality of service evaluation.Secondly,generalize the theory of mobile library,mobile library service,service quality,analytic network process,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analyze research status of mobile library service quality evaluation.The mobile library service quality factors were identified through ANP,literatures research,expert interviews and other methods.ANP and multidimensional mobile library service quality assessment model based on university mobile library service contents feature,include environmental quality,information quality,interaction quality,results quality four criteria dimensions,network environment,interface design,and mobile devices etc.sub-dimensions.By expert consultation questionnaire and ANP to determine the relative importance weights of these hierarchy factors,and find the information quality is the most important factors,usefulness and richness are the most critical sub factors.With the index measures the weight distribution formula to verify the value of the difference between the relative weights of each layer is obvious,indicating that the academic mobile library service quality evaluation based on ANP measurement results is reasonable.Finally,an empirical study was conduct through questionnaires by hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on Xi'dian university mobile library service.Before the data analyze,this article first analyzed descriptive statistics,reliability and validity of questionnaire.It turns out that the application of ANP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation could effectively determine weights and measure performance of factor affecting mobile library service quality.Based on evaluation result,this paper from five dimensions to enhance its mobile library service quality level.
