Research On The Factors Influencing Users' Discontinuous Usage Intention To Mobile Libraries

With the rapid development of mobile information technology and the rapid popularization of smart phones,tablet computers and other mobile terminal devices,the traditional library service can no longer meet the information needs of modern people,and mobile library emerges as the times require.Mobile library has the characteristics of simple operation,huge data,diversified contents and maximum user group,providing great convenience for users and libraries.However,with the rapid development of mobile library,problems such as user loss,low utilization rate and low push point opening rate also gradually emerge.Users are the core elements of the survival and development of mobile library,how to promote users to maintain long-term stable use of satisfaction,has become a mobile library client design and operation faced with the problem and severe test.Exploring the influencing factors of users' non-continuous use behavior of mobile library can help improve the service quality of mobile library,attract users' deep participation and improve user retention rate.The research can be divided into three stages.The research can be divided into three stages.The first stage is the theoretical research stage,which summarizes the research status at home and abroad,defines the research content,and summarizes the theories related to users' non-continuous use behavior,including PPM model,information system success theory,and human-system interaction theory.In the second stage,on the basis of sorting out the influencing factors of users' non-continuous use through literature,test reliability and validity of data,using R type system clustering method for classification,the factors which influence to get mobile library users don't continue to use behavior influence factors and the importance of each influence factor and verify the classification results.In the third stage,the mobile library users as the research object,based on human-system interaction theory,through the method of grounded theory,define the discontinue to use mobile library use factors' connotation,and extract discontinuous behavior influencing factors related,using Interpretative Structural Modeling method,through MATLAB matrix analysis the relationship between various factors.The factors influencing users' non-continuous use of mobile library are divided into three levels: system level,human-system interaction level and user level.This paper analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to reduce the loss of mobile library users according to the influencing factors and analysis results at all levels.At present,there are many researches on users' continuous use behavior in IS field,but few researches on users' non-continuous use behavior.From the perspective of human-computer interaction theory studies the factors affecting user does not continue to use,for the mobile library provides the empirical research on the continuous use,not for the future of mobile library user behavior research provides a new Angle of view,has important theoretical contributions,but also for the mobile operators provides an important service improvement of library.
