As online ride-hailing enters people's lives,it is important to study the factors that influence users' continued willingness to use it.In this paper,the basic information system continues to use the willingness model and the information system success model,and adds variables such as perceived risk and habits based on the characteristics of the ride-hailing vehicle.319 online questionnaires were collected,and SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 software were used to perform statistical analysis of area attributes,reliability tests,validity tests,correlation analysis,and regression analysis on the recovered data to verify the results of this study.Ten hypotheses.Through empirical research,it is found that the system quality,information quality,and service quality are positively related to the user's expected confirmation of the online ride;the expected confirmation level is positively related to the user's perceived usefulness and satisfaction with the online ride;The user's perceived usefulness is positively related to the user's satisfaction with the ride-hailing car;the user's appreciation for the usefulness and satisfaction is positively related to the user's continued willingness to use;the perceived risk user has a negative willingness to use the ride-hailing car continuously Correlation relationship;Habits are positively correlated with the willingness to use cars online.Combining with the actual situation of Internet-based ride-hailing,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Internet-based ride-hailing from the following four aspects:expectation confirmation,perceived risk,habits,and encouragement of the use of new energy vehicles.
