This research topic comes from the national science and technology support program project-the construction of innovative technology service platform for petroleum equipment manufacturing industry.At present,there are more than 70 enterprises in the petroleum equipment manufacturing industry alliance,and the enterprises in the alliance have basically realized the whole life cycle process of equipment manufacturing.This topic intends to develop and apply the internal supply chain system of petroleum equipment manufacturing service alliance,so as to improve the quality of petroleum equipment manufacturing The equipment manufacturing enterprises provide integrated solutions of procurement,inventory,production and sales management to improve the operation level and efficiency of supply chain management system of internal enterprises in petroleum equipment manufacturing alliance,and provide technical support for the integrated operation mode of products and technical services of internal enterprises.Based on the information demand and service concept of alliance enterprises,combined with the collaborative thought supported by computer,this paper constructs the internal supply chain system model of petroleum equipment manufacturing alliance,constructs the collaborative environment in the alliance by using workflow technology,integrates information,application,service providers and demand customers into the system,and provides a unified entrance for service providers to access the platform According to the technology of the whole life cycle,the oil equipment that has or will be developed will be classified into various service items,and the data storage model and service interface will be established;the Multi-level Inventory Model Based on the supply chain will be studied and constructed,and the Multi-level Inventory for service providers and customers will be established in the system combining with the enterprise structure and operation mode of the petroleum equipment manufacturing alliance Finally,the prototype system of internal supply chain of petroleum equipment manufacturing alliance is developed and completed to realize the research and development,production,procurement and sales of different products and services among enterprises in the alliance in the whole life cycle In this process,we connect with the demander and analyze the data to provide support for the closed-loop work of enterprises in the alliance.This paper studies the information demand and function demand of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry alliance,designs and constructs a supply chain modelbased on Multi-level Inventory,which realizes the fine management of inventory.By controlling the supply-demand relationship of each node in the supply chain,it ensures that each node of the supply chain is more continuous in the process of operation,and reduces the cost of random orders and inventory,It makes the supply chain more coordinated and continuous,and provides practical services for the enterprises in the petroleum equipment manufacturing alliance.
