Since the introduction of the cloud manufacturing model,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on it,which has effectively promoted the development of the cloud manufacturing service model.However,most of the current research results on the cloud manufacturing model are only aimed at the upper layers of cloud manufacturing,such as resource virtualization,modeling and packaging,etc,and for the underlying foundation on which the cloud manufacturing model is realized,there is little research on the access of the enterprise workshop layer to the cloud manufacturing platform.In order to realize the development of the cloud manufacturing service model at the workshop level and promote the transformation of enterprises from traditional manufacturing to service manufacturing,the physical manufacturing resources of traditional enterprises are virtualized and connected to the cloud manufacturing service platform.Based on the domestic and foreign research achievements,the paper proposes a new fieldbus protocol Cloud_Field_Bus to achieve real-time access to the cloud service platform for the dynamic information of workshop equipment manufacturing resources.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the real-time access of workshop manufacturing resources to the cloud manufacturing platform under the cloud manufacturing service model,on the basis of analying the cloud manufacturing service model framework and the traditional MES system framework,a general idea of the enterprise workshop level manufacturing resource access model under the cloud manufacturing service model is proposed,and the overall workshop intelligent MES system is established,and its hierarchical structure,function modules and operation mode were studied.(2)Aiming at the real-time access to equipment manufacturing resources,establish a unified description template of equipment resources in the workshop,intelligently sense equipment resources through sensors,and instantiate through the templates,and then establish a multi-protocol conversion model to achieve multiple heterogeneity of manufacturing resources for real-time communication between communication protocols,a new Cloud_Field_Bus protocol is proposed,research Cloud_Field_Bus protocol data frame format and user data encoding and decoding process,comparative analysis of the transmission performance of the protocol.(3)Aiming at the theoretical research of the model,the method of the workshop intelligent MES system,multi-protocol conversion system,and the new Cloud_Field_Bus protocol were instantiated and experimentally verified.The preliminary exploration in the application of the workshop was conducted,and the application results were summarized Prospects for future research work,and the future research work is prospected.
