With our modern manufacturing concept that manufacturing is serviceproposed, a new manufacturing model which takes manufacture of things, cloudmanufacture as representatives is becoming the direction of Chinese manufacturingindustry’s development. So the modern manufacturing enterprises must change theprevious modes of production, to these new manufacturing modes. The cloudmanufacturing is the inevitable trend of the future development of Chinesemanufacturing enterprises, and the theoretical study which core is cloudmanufacturing has developed relatively mature. Therefore, the study starting frommanufacturing enterprise’s production workshop layer is the foundation to realizeclouds manufacturing mode. This paper mainly aims at the production schedulingproblem of manufacturing enterprises’ workshop. And combining with the dynamicscheduling of resources and configuration methods of workshop under cloudmanufacturing environment in our laboratory, we research the basic theory of theabove methods in scheduling and configuration layer.Firstly, by integrating the characteristics of the production resources ofworkshop under cloud manufacturing environment, build a production resourcesmodel in which production resources capacity, state, combination, service costs andtask all together has their high integration, at the same time making a modeling forthe model uniformly. In order to achieve the data support of the integratedproduction resources model and establish resources information model, we analyze,optimize and control the transformation and flow between each processing node andthe manufacturing process of the production resources based on the model madealready, meanwhile managing and configuring the workshop production resource.So we can ensure dynamic real-time nature of the workshop production-resource information.Secondly,aiming at the task allocation of production resources and resourcescheduling problem of the workshop under cloud manufacturing environment, weestablish the basic model of the dynamic scheduling and configuration of workshopproductions resources suitable for the cloud environment, moreover describe anddefinite resource scheduling optimization problems from different aspects. In themeantime, with the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model, we reach a timeand cost multi-objective optimization, thus making a firm foundation for therealization of the whole resource dynamic scheduling and prototype system./Finally we take a large-scale mechanical and electrical products manufacturingcompany, which primarily produces turbine key rotor,as the analysis object, andsuppose that its plant production and processing layer has reached the targets bywhich the overall framework our lab studied about raises. At last, we use themethod of production resources scheduling and allocation to analyze and verify theresult.
