"One hardware,one software,one network,one platform" is the "new four bases" of intelligent manufacturing development.Among them,the industrial network,as the link connecting hardware,software and platform,is the carrier of data flow.It can realize the interconnection of the various devices,control systems and information system in the factory through the cooperative use of bus technology,industrial Ethernet technology and industrial wireless network technology.However,different devices and systems often use different interfaces and communication technologies,can not directly exchange information.Gateway,as the key technology of heterogeneous network connection,is one of the research hotspots in the process of industrial upgrading.This paper designs and implements a Multiple Input Multiple Output Multiple Protocol(MIMOMP)gateway for the complex industrial network environment.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the industrial network environment and gateway status under the background of intelligent manufacturing,studied the function and design principle of the gateway,give a more widely used communication technology solution,established a MIMOMP gateway system model based on the real-time system software design method COMET / RTE,and used the monotonic rate scheduling algorithm RMA to analyze the real-time schedulability of the gateway system.(2)The software and hardware collaborative design method is used to design the hardware and software structure of the gateway system.On hardware,S3C6410 is selected as the core processor,integrating standard Ethernet,CAN bus,RS485 bus,EtherCAT as wired communication modules,integrating WIFI,4G,ZigBee,NBIot as wireless communication modules,in addition,human-computer interaction modules is involved in.On the software,the modular design method is adopted to design and realize the basic data communication and protocol conversion scheme of RS485,CAN,WiFi and Ethernet,the communication parameter configuration interface is designed and developmented by QT,and a zero-copy gateway model with good scalability and real-time performance is established and implemented by using memory mapping technology.(3)Perform functional and performance tests on the completed part of the gateway.The test results show that MIMOMP gateway can basically meet the design requirements and have lower transmission latency than conventional gateways.In this paper,an embedded real-time gateway system model with eight kinds of network interface resources is designed for industrial networks under intelligent manufacturing.The real-time schedulability of the system is analyzed.By calling application programming interface,the interconnection of RS485,CAN,WiFi and Ethernet is realized.A low delay and extensible zero-copy gateway model is established.Finally,the communication parameter configuration interface is developed.This paper provides a universally applicable gateway solution for the connection of heterogeneous network devices under intelligent transformation.
