Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The party and government attach great importance to the construction of public cultural service system.As an important part of the public cultural service system,the library is responsible for carrying forward advanced culture,developing social education,transmitting scientific information and other functions,and is an important carrier of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.However,with the change of modern information environment and the rise of internet reading,the traditional service of library has been impacted.As an effective extension of library service,24-hour self-service library breaks the limitation of time and space,is the self innovation and self-improvement of library service form,and is conducive to promoting the national reading and improving the construction of public cultural service system.This paper introduces the background of the emergence of self-service library,explains the function structure and development advantages of self-service library,selects three representative cities of Shenzhen,Wuhan and Hefei to investigate the construction and operation of self-service library,summarizes the development situation of self-service library in China,summarizes the problems in the development,and based on the statistical method,carries out the development of self-service library This paper uses principal component analysis to divide the factors that affect the development of self-service library into three dimensions:service content,service convenience and service efficiency.Regression analysis is used to analyze the specific effect of the three factors on the development of self-service library.Finally,based on the problems existing in the self-service library in China,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures in the aspects of benefit,resource allocation,distribution,logistics management and technological progress.Aiming at the technical problems in the operation of the self-service library,this paper puts forward a new self-service library concept based on smart phone and mobile Internet technology,and further optimizes the structure setting of the self-service library And service system,improve user experience,promote the construction and development of self-service library.Figure 19 table 15 reference 97...
