Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Smart Service In Liaoning Province Library

With the proposition of the "smart planet" concept,the integration speed of big data,Internet of Things and other intelligent technologies with all walks of life has been increased,and concepts such as smart cities and smart communities have successively entered people's vision.In 2003,the Oulu University Library of Finland first proposed the concept of smart library.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Educational Informatization" proposes that by the end of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",colleges and universities will basically realize the construction of smart campuses.In 2019,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially issued a 5G commercial license,which means that China has officially opened the 5G commercial model.5G is the era of the Internet of Everything.5G technology has also greatly promoted libraries and pushed the library to the road of transformation,but at the same time provides a direction for the future of libraries.For libraries,The smart library can realize the interconnection of books and books,everyone,and scholars,providing users with intelligent services.Library smart service is a more advanced service model,and smart service is the core of smart library construction.This research is mainly carried out through the following six parts: The first part can be summarized as explaining the background and significance,to sort out domestic and foreign research progress,summarize the ways and contents of researching,putting forward the problems to be studied in this research.In the second part,it systematically expounds the connotation and extension of smart libraries and smart services,and the relationship between the two,and introduces basic theories such as information ecology theory and collaboration theory;the third part introduces the typical smart service practice progress of libraries at home and abroad,and summarizes the main core elements and service models of the library's smart service through analysis and comparison,and provides a reference for the smart service construction of the library in Liaoning Province;The fourth part,systematically investigated the smart service situation of libraries in Liaoning Province,and summarized the construction of smart services in Liaoning Province libraries has problems such as imperfect infrastructure,personalized services that need to be improved,and librarians lacking professional capabilities in smart services.The fifth part is to provide solutions for the development of smart services of library in Liaoning Provincial from three levels.At the macro level,policies and regulations should be formulated and perfected,and standards and standards for smart services in libraries should be established.For the cooperative relationship at the micro level,it is necessary to build smart venues,attach importance to the construction of intelligent technologies,strengthen the construction of collection resources,enhance the intelligent service capabilities of librarians,and value user experience.The sixth part generalizes the research content,points out the limitations in the research process,and puts research outlook...
