With the rapid development of the times,modern enterprises has opened up many new patterns in the way of enhancing the realization of their values,among which ecological chain acquisitions are different from those chain acquisitions like original industrial and value ones.It stays on a new perspective to help enterprise get further improvement.in order to achieve the diversified development,a large amount of Internet enterprises strive to create the Internet as the core of the ecological chain.On this basis,the establishment of the ecosystem is also displayed new vigor and dynamism in the context of economic globalization,but due to the imparity in resources and market levels between enterprises,the network ecosystem formed around different enterprises in various aspects are quite different.How much influence the enterprises' resource has on the operation of this ecosystem and what kind of impact will it has on the development direction of the ecosystem has great practical significance and research value.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,it explains the research ideas and the innovation of it,and then demonstrates the research methods it uses,introduces the theory of commercial ecology and value acquisition.Then it comes the theoretical part of the article,the SWOT model and the five-force models are summarized here,and then the related literature of predecessor's studies on ecology,value chain,value creation are discussed;Secondly,the key elements of eco-chain acquisition are explained:object selection,consideration and model of payment,acquisition and integration.Meanwhile it analyzes the difference of acquisitions between ecological chain and value chain,explains the scope of management of ecological chain acquisition,narrates the value creation process of ecological chain acquisition and divides it into three steps,which are primary elections,establishment and deepening.Besides,the paper has further analysis on the effect of ecological chain acquisition,and explains the risk of it.In this paper,Xiaomi's ecological chain acquisition process is selected to do a case study,first introduces Xiaomi company and its acquisition situation,and then its ecological chain merger process and path is analyzed.For the last,the paper points out Xiaomi's ecological chain acquisition's risk and corresponding solutions in finance,management and integration.
