Research On The Control Right Structure Of Xiaomi Group To The Smart Home Ecological Chain Enterprises

Since entering the 21 st century,global economic integration has become increasingly fierce.In addition to facing the competition of local enterprises,domestic enterprises have been greatly impacted by foreign-funded enterprises.In order to cope with this high-pressure environment,major enterprises have begun to seek win-win cooperation competition mode,so how to manage their own cooperation,alliance enterprises and control structure has become one of the key issues A problem worthy of attention.This paper takes Xiaomi company as the research object,starting from the control right structure of Xiaomi company to its ecological chain enterprises,combining with the theory of enterprise principal-agent,transaction cost,resource dependence and the relevant theory of control right allocation,analyzes that the motivation of its "second largest shareholder" control mode is to use the stability of equity control to offset the external market environment In order to reduce the transaction cost caused by the uncertainty,this paper further analyzes the environment and the specific operation mode of Xiaomi mode,and finally uses the practical research method and the financial index method to further study the impact of the "second largest shareholder" control on the company's value and the results achieved,and puts forward the relevant improvement suggestions.Through the analysis of Xiaomi company's control over its ecological chain enterprises,this paper expands the relevant research on the control right structure,provides a case for the in-depth study of the equity strategic alliance and the competition and cooperation relationship between enterprises,and provides some reference for the control right structure configuration of smart home enterprises.
