With the wide application of radar,the analysis and processing of radar signals are very extensive.Due to the different research directions of radar signals,the requirements of radar signal data sources required for research are not the same.At present,the measured data of Ice Multiparameter Imaging X-Band Radar(IPIX)are widely used as open data sources in analyzing and processing of sea clutter and the detection and recognition of static targets.Due to IPIX radar working in a fixed mode,its antenna points to a fixed direction to illuminate the sea surface.However,it is necessary to study the detection,recognition,tracking and multi-target recognition of moving targets in the actual research.In order to satisfy the analysis and processing research of radar signals in different working environments and provide radar measured data sources for various researches,the subject designs an organization and management system of radar signal files.The system not only provides radar measured signal data from different environments,but also provides many auxiliary ftinctions,such as various display modes of radar video signals,querying and editing functions of radar signal files.The system provides great convenience for researchers,improves the research efficiency and promotes the development of radar signal research field.Firstly,this paper narrates collecting and preprocessing the radar original echo file in real time,Mainly by adding file headers,radar working parameters,acquisition card working parameters and field environment parameters to the file as the contents of the header to complete the preprocessing of signal files,then relevant functions are provided so that users can view the file header contents of each radar file at any time,so as to make more efficient use of data sources.In the aspect of radar data file management,the system uses SQL Server 2008 database as.the server to store files.In order to facilitate the file management at the server side,the system provides an interface to operate the database.As long as the administrator has the authority,the administrator can add and delete the database,so as to update and expand the data source database in time.Using the Windows Communication Foundation(WCF)developed by Microsoft,the remote client accesses the file server based on C/S architecture,that supports downloading radar signal files from the server to the remote client,and ensures the safe transmission of files through the mode of file breakpoint continuation.The system also provides multiple display modes of radar data,including plane scanning display,.video image display and azimuth signal waveform display,which is convenient for users to intuitively view the information displayed in radar signal files.Users can also re-edit radar data files,including file segmentation,file interception and file transfer.The innovations of this topic are as follows:(1)Provide a new and complete radar signal file management and sharing platform.The existing advanced technology is applied to the organization and management of radar signal files to complete the organization and management of radar experimental data files.(2)Diversification of data file operation functions.It not only provides radar signal files,but also provides functions such as radar signal file display and file re-editing,which is convenient for users to use radar signal files efficiently.
