Liaoning automotive interior Limited by Share Ltd was founded in 1996, is an enterprise engaged in the automotive interior design and manufacturing, a total of 13 enterprises, 1120000000 enterprises in fixed assets, covers an area of 280000, construction area of 150000, 1800 employees, the company sales range around at home and abroad, is designated suppliers, Jinbei, brilliance, FAW Chery, Li Fan, Germany’s BMW, Mercedes Benz, Italy fiat. Its R & D Center for the provincial-level R & D center, test center as a national laboratory, Dalian University of Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing University of Technology and the Jilin Industrial University have established experimental station.From the enterprise to realize the performance management system, far did not reach the top of the company’s expectations, it is not feasible to realize performance management. The performance management system designed in this paper, the performance index system is established from the establishment of the database and the function module design and implementation of fully consideration of enterprise demand.The goal of performance management system designed in this thesis is the enterprise staff’s work goal, work flow, department and individual performance, enterprise performance management meaning closely together, formed a set of perfect function platform. The development of performance indicators from two aspects of the work of the management staff and management and performance management, help enterprise staff depth understanding of enterprise performance management, and with the help of the platform to enhance individual ability, continuous improvement and development. The system provides the design of KPI index database, performance management of the implementation of regular assessment and 360 degree performance feedback, strengthen in the assessment process and the assessment of the communication and understanding, and ultimately the formation of statistics, query, summary of the results of the performance analysis, the real implementation of performance management in human resource management role, the formation of efficient mechanism in the enterprise, help the enterprise to make the correct decisions.This paper will be the performance management system function module is divided into five: performance evaluation, performance management, information management, system management, statistical summary. Performance evaluation module is based on the existing performance management system, in accordance with the 360 degree evaluation standard, evaluation forms include self evaluation, evaluation, evaluation, leading junior colleague evaluation, and the financial department data assessment; all aspects of performance management process optimization based on performance management, adjust and modify for process performance management system,, performance of the contract signing and line line management, archive and improved performance plan, examination results published confirmation and results, in addition the module to design the performance complaints function; information query module for examiners and examinees query performance management system, performance management index database, the evaluation standard and the evaluation results, the performance of the contract query; data statistics include the comprehensive statistical work performance, work behavior, work ability, and the data collection, statistics and scheduling; system management design for user information management and authority management, it also include the data backup, network maintenance and data recovery.In this paper the main research and application of technology has a 360 degree evaluation index system, KPI, J2 EE platform and WEB architecture.A.360 degree evaluation feedback loop by superiors, colleagues, subordinates source, customers and self assessment of five parts, including all of the feedback in source specific evaluation procedures. We must consider the feedback purpose and each source in different tissues.B.KPI index system refers to a post or an organization screening in a period of assessment within the KPI index, the existence of rigorous logic relationship between these KPI indexes.C. system architecture layer to Web Web client display information content, information transmission by the Web server to the client.D.J2 EE platform provides a multilayer distributed application model, reusable components, a unified security model, and flexible transaction control, Web Server through the integrated data exchange to support extensible markup language(XML) open standards and protocols.System test results show that the performance management system can satisfy the requirement of enterprise users, the software runs well, system stability and reliability and security, satisfactory...
