In recent years,the continuous development of Internet technology and the emergence of new ways of public opinion guidance have completely changed the domestic media environment.More and more resources are put into the new media field by the news media in various places,and the news information resources,human resources and technical resources owned by the company are put into the new media field,in order to integrate the original news resources and user resources of the media with the new media in the era.When the local news media determine the development direction,they need to analyze the development environment and internal conditions of the enterprise with the idea of strategic management,formulate their own strategic objectives,and implement them accurately to adapt to the rapid development of Internet media environment,and finally achieve the goal of sustainable development in the new media environment.This paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of strategic management at home and abroad,and then comprehensively analyzes the development environment of local media DJ media combined with strategic management theory.Then,based on the SWOT analysis framework,this paper studies the development strategy and business management strategy of DJ media company.According to the actual situation of the company,using strategic analysis tools,combined with the actual situation of DJ media,the internal and external environment of DJ media is analyzed in depth,and the overall strategy of diversified development combined with localization strategy is proposed.The paper is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction;the second part is the related concepts and theories;the third part is the summary of DJ media development status;the fourth part is DJ media environment analysis;the fifth part is the choice of DJ strategy;the sixth part is the implementation suggestions of media development strategy;the last part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper,hoping to provide DJ media and local media in China For help and reference.
