Study On The Rule Of Law News Report In Dahe Daily

The wheel of history has left a clear "scar" : Only by constantly improving and perfecting the rule of law can society be united and stable,and people-oriented,people can live happily."Dahe Daily" is a comprehensive urban newspaper with the purpose of "concerning people's livelihood,advocating fashion,being close to life,serving the public".In the report of the rule of law news,what are the topics of there port? What is the coverage of the report in the rule of law news report? What is the layout structure and text structure framework in the rule of law news report? These are the questions that the author wants to study.In this paper,from the January 1st,2019 to December 31,2019 newspapers,a total of 592 news reports involving the rule of law were counted in the newspapers from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019.Based on the framework theory,the author conducts a prominent analysis of the news reports on these research samples,from the theme of the rule of law,the object of the rule of law,the length of the rule of law report,the rule of law report,the tendency of the rule of law,the source of the rule of law,and the presentation of the rule of law.In other aspects,we will explore the process of constructing the rule of law reporting framework in Dahe Daily.The author finds that the rule of law news report of Dahe Daily has opened up a special section of the rule of law on the basis of basic objectiveness,adopting the official authority source,insisting on neutral and positive reporting tendency,short news reports and pure text reports,focusing on Reports on administrative law enforcement,attention to official information,and the general civil cases that the society pays more attention to,Dahe Daily can also pay enough attention to meet the information needs of the audience.Through the prominence analysis of the "Dahe Daily" rule of law news report,there are three news frames on the topic of the report: the political performance news framework,the character news framework,and the crime news framework.Theframework of the rule of law in Dahe Daily was analyzed from five aspects,and the insufficiency of the reporting framework was analyzed from four aspects.Finally,the author analyzes the construction strategy of the development of the rule of law news in Dahe Daily.Appropriate recommendations are given at the institutional,conceptual and implementation levels.In the system,we must improve legislation and cultivate the "soil" of the rule of law environment;we must shoulder the responsibility of media and make good use of new media resources;optimize the production of content and innovate management modes.
