Research On The Poverty Alleviation Report Of Sichuan Daily Under The News Framework Theory

the "Sichuan Daily" firmly grasped the major readjustment of the strategic thinking of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee.Along with the full-scale poverty alleviation work in Sichuan Province in 2013,the "Sichuan Daily" kept adding content and focusing on the content.Based on the theory of news frame and the classification of Tankert's Frame List,this dissertation chooses six factors that are suitable for this study: region and layout,topic of report,perspective of report,tendency of report,genre of report,source of manuscript,This paper analyzes the data of 308 articles from "Sichuan Daily" in the middle of 2013-2016 with the aim of supporting evidence-based news reporting from the theoretical basis,exploring the highlights and shortcomings of Sichuan Daily in reporting on poverty alleviation,Starting from the category of learning,try to make strategic thinking and suggestions.In order to ensure the scientificity and feasibility of the countermeasures and suggestions,this paper also chooses the news media which have made some achievements in alleviating poverty in the whole country,such as "Nanfang Daily",Huizhou Press Group,"Qiandongnan Daily" and so on.,And finally put forward some suggestions to improve reporting on poverty alleviation,that is,to balance the news framework,enrich the content and form of coverage,soften the "hard subject" and enhance the effect of communication;pay attention to public opinion supervision to effectively solve practical problems;explore Poverty alleviation mode,to fulfill the social responsibilities of the media.Hopefully,the suggestions put forward in this paper can play an active role in alleviating poverty in the Sichuan Daily in order to better promote the news poverty alleviation and promote the poverty alleviation work in Sichuan Province.
