Warehouse management is a difficult problem that the manufacturing industry cannot circumvent.With the acceleration of China's industrialization process,the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises has brought more advanced industrialization concepts.These enterprises are equipped with advanced automation equipment in the warehouse,making the management efficiency further Ascension has a good foundation.However,through related research,it is found that although the warehouse system has advanced modern equipment,there is no supporting management software to match its potential,and the warehouse management,inventory control,and tasks still exist in these manufacturing enterprises.Problems in management,data processing,etc.This thesis studies the key technologies in the design process of the intelligent warehousing system for the problems that occur during the use of the warehousing management system,and realizes the intelligentization of materials from warehouse to delivery,packaging,sorting,and warehouse.The thesis analyzes the solutions of related problems at home and abroad based on the current concepts and problems of the warehouse system such as the basic concept of the warehouse system,warehouse management methods,inventory management methods.Based on the design and implementation of the intelligent warehouse management system the development technology introduces the relevant theories of Spring framework,My Batis persistence layer framework and Angular JS front-end framework.for the actual situation of multi-enterprise,multi-user and multi-authority of the warehousing system,the requirements of system management function modules are analyzed,and the enterprise management functions and It adopts the permission control function of the inheritable role permission model.in order to realize the real-time control and intelligent traceability of material information,manage the receipt,shipment,inventory and equipment status of materials,and put forward the requirements of the warehouse management module.In order to realize the intelligent identification of materials in the warehouse,the specific requirements of the barcode label management module are proposed.The image binarization algorithm and distortion correction are used to preprocess the pictures to improve the efficiency of material identification.with intelligent inventory management and distribution as the goal,according to the actual needs of materials entering and leaving the warehouse,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem of location allocation,the inventory optimization module and the inventory allocation method were designed.the conflicts encountered in the process of task management and task delivery were analyzed,and task splitting was proposed Issued methods and designed a certain strategy to adjust the task execution priority to achieve intelligent scheduling of tasks.in addition,use case diagrams and use case descriptions are given to analyze different requirements and introduce specific characteristics of the warehouse system during use.Some non-functional requirements of the warehouse management system are proposed.the application design framework of the system is given,the physical and logical architecture models of the system are designed,and system management,warehouse management,and barcode label management are implemented on the basis of this architecture,Five modules of inventory optimization and task management,completed a warehouse management system based on intelligence.Finally,this article tests and analyzes the system from two aspects of function and performance.The research and implementation of the key technologies of the intelligent warehousing system show that efficient and intelligent warehousing management can help small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to manage the warehousing system,so that the strength of modern equipment in the warehouse can be demonstrated.System testing and results analysis show that in terms of functional business,it meets the design standards,and improves the intelligent level of the warehouse in terms of data collection efficiency,warehouse efficiency,and task management.
