With the favorable achievement of automation technique and the advance of the economy,storehouses' establishments and warehousing technique unceasing innovate in the relevant industrial such as manufacturing and logistics,the level of warehouse automation is gradually increasing,and the storing system is becoming more and more extensive.In recent years,some enterprises hope that the warehouse can save the management cost while maintaining a high storage capacity,so the double extension stereo warehouse arises at the right moment.Its layout effectively elevated the utilization rate of the ground and storing capacity,which is rapidly applied and promoted,so how to design the warehouse management system for the double extension warehouse has become a hot topic of enterprise.At present,many warehouse management systems have problems like insufficient functions or disconnection with reality,and the traditional cargo location allocation and job scheduling methods are no longer applicable to double extension shelf layout.Therefore,this paper will design and implement an appropriate warehouse management system for the double extension stereo warehouse,solve the problems of storage process design,cargo location allocation,task conflict avoidance and so on,to finally achieve the system capability and operation efficiency.Based on the research on the storage type of double extension stereo warehouse,this paper sorts out the detailed business process of out and in storage,designs the algorithms of goods location allocation and conflict avoidance in line with the characteristics of double extension shelf placement,and realizes the corresponding double extension intelligent warehouse management system.Through the management of the operation process of inspection and receiving,warehousing and delivery,as well as the design and optimization of the cargo allocation and task conflict avoidance algorithms,to further elevating the automate degree and optimizing the operation efficiency.Primarily,this thesis cover the backdrop of the notable issue and the domestic and foreign major research advances of storage management system and cargo allocation principles of single or double extension stereo warehouse,briefly introduces the general situation layout and characteristics of double-extension stereo warehouse,and describes the main technologies used in the system development.Then,by combing the shelf characteristics,the in and out process of the double-extension stereo storehouse,the relevant requirements of the storage system are summarized and expounded,the relevant requirements of the system in functional and non-functional aspects are analyzed.Then,according to the analysis results,came up how the framework of the system should be devised and fulfilled,built it by Spring Boot framework combined with Vue,My Batis-Plus.Then decompose the function,the system is split into system management,installation management,stock management,task management,storage management and other functional modules.Next,defines the database table structure and field names through the discussion of the module database relevant design.In the system implementation stage,fulfill each module according to the division of functional modules and process analysis.So as to warrant the precise allot of cargo space,the objective function is defined according to the key points,and the allocation algorithm is designed based on genetic algorithm for finding the optimum pallet cargo space.At the same time,for the conflict detection and avoidance of inbound and outbound operations,the conflict avoidance strategy is described in detail,and corresponding solutions are designed according to the different access frequency of the goods and the position of the cargo space.Finally,the functional and non-functional aspects of each module of the system are tested,and the test results are analyzed.By comparing the actual outcome with the expected results,the function of the system is detected to meets the requirements.The place on put together is narrated,based on the characteristics of the double extension stereo warehouse,this paper designs and completed a double extension intelligent warehouse management system,the system's service function in line with the actual storage process,designs optimized position allocation method according to the characteristic of double extension layout,as well as the conflict detection and avoid conflict of warehousing operation tasks,has reached the expected goals,enabled the double extension stereo warehouse to up the storage automation and informationalize degree and to raise the working efficiency.
