With the continuous development of today's society and the continuous improvement of productivity,more and more enterprises are troubled by product storage.At present,many companies still use outdated warehouse management software,and the system hardware is relatively backward.In the actual process of warehousing,manual handling is still used for manual warehousing.This model is not only inefficient,but also increases the company's The labor cost limits the development of the enterprise to a large extent.Reducing the labor cost of the enterprise,improving the transportation efficiency of the warehouse,and promoting the development of the enterprise are important goals of current research.This dissertation designs the physical architecture and software architecture of the intelligent warehousing system.On the physical architecture,the intelligent warehousing system adopts a local area network for networking to ensure that the information in the warehouse will not leak;in terms of software architecture,the entire intelligent warehousing system is divided into B /S and C/S architecture.Warehouse control system(WCS)is the scheduling software of C/S architecture.WCS realizes its communication with PLC(Programmable logic)through OPC(OLE for Process Control).Controller)communication,dispatch tasks to various equipment for scheduling;and the warehouse management system(Warehouse management system,WMS)is the management software of the B/S architecture,which manages various material information and location information in the system.Both WMS and WCS divide the entire system into an interaction layer,a business logic layer,and a data access layer according to the MVC design model.The interaction layer includes functions such as providing a friendly man-machine interface and displaying various data;the business logic layer is mainly responsible for business data The processing includes data addition,deletion,modification,checking,selection of storage location information,and report processing;the data access layer mainly includes the realization of database access,and the establishment of ER diagrams to associate the entity information of the entire warehouse.Finally,through functional and non-functional tests,it is judged whether the system meets the design requirements and can run stably for a long time.In summary,according to the business requirements of warehouse management in the actual application process,this article completes a set of RFID-based Io T warehouse management system,thus avoiding the disadvantages of low efficiency and data confusion in traditional warehouse management.In the actual warehousing process,materials are transported by stackers and the warehouse management system manages material information,which not only improves efficiency but also makes material information clear,which greatly improves the efficiency of the enterprise and reduces the burden on the enterprise.
