Warehousing management has always been a very important part of the logistics system.The traditional warehouse management adopts the manual method.Faced with a wide variety of items in the warehouse,the process is complicated,and it can not keep up with the response speed of the new era warehouse logistics.Therefore,warehousing logistics as an economy An important part of development,it is particularly important to embrace Internet technology for transformation and upgrading to adapt to the development under the new situation.In view of the many drawbacks of traditional mode management,we combine the Internet of Things with computer systems,and use RFID readers to sense tags.The system automatically records the inbound and outbound items of the items,and can update the information of the tag-bound items in real time.In addition,combined with intelligent sensing and other equipment,the system can realize automatic opening and closing of the door and control light switch,automatic switching of air conditioning dehumidifier and other equipment according to the setting,to achieve intelligent control of access control,lighting,temperature and humidity.Make smart warehouses more adaptable to the needs of the new era.This paper analyzes the domestic and international research status of warehouse management system,introduces the related technologies of intelligent warehouse management system,analyzes the system's demand analysis and business process,and designs the system's use cases,function modules and database.The system is based on the.net platform,C/S architecture,combined with Spring for.NET,.NET Remoting,Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database,through Visio studio 2013 to achieve the entire system.The main work of the diesis is:1.Design and implement the detection and processing functions of RFID tags.The system automatically records and broadcasts information about the personnel in and out of the library,and achieves a better processing speed.2.Designed and implemented the intelligent access control function,the system automatically opens the warehouse door and the warehouse light through the verification by the user,and the network camera records for 10 seconds.When the user logs out of the system,the system delays the library lights for 2 minutes.3.Design and implement the intelligent control function of the warehouse environment.The system automatically adjusts the ambient temperature and humidity to a suitable range according to the set environmental parameter threshold.4.Respond to a variety of information in the warehouse,the system displays warehouse-related information,including scrapped and forthcoming waste information,lending information to be returned,item charging reminder information,environmental temperature and humidity information.The test results of the intelligent warehouse management system show that the system implements basic information reminder,equipment entry,inbound and outbound management,environmental management and other functions,which can help staff to effectively manage the warehouse.At present,the system has been put into use in a unit in Xuchang City,Henan Province.
