Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the re-industrialization of the United States and the release of Germany’s Industry 4.0,it marks that the manufacturing survival model will face new survival challenges,and the market has also put forward new requirements for the manufacturing industry.This paper is based on the actual development project of a military enterprise.In view of the problem that the existing SMT production line is not intelligent enough,the MES system is developed to improve its intelligent manufacturing.The specific research contents are as follows.The first is to conduct sufficient research and research according to the production process,management process and current situation,to determine the functional framework and specific functions of the MES system,including material management,process management,production management,equipment management,quality management,information integration,and system.Management,a total of nine modules,and a detailed study of the specific functions of material management,process management,production management three modules.Secondly,the key technologies for material management and production management,namely data collection,are studied in detail.The main contents of data collection include bar code information,product over-station information,and device status information.Based on the equipment configuration of the workshop,the data acquisition of the placement machine based on GEM(Generic Equipment Model)protocol,the data collection based on shared files,and the data collection based on OPC(OLE for Process Control)Server are introduced.The process and implementation method of information collection are introduced in detail.Finally,using Visual Studio 2010 software,the software part of the system was developed with the help of.Net platform,and the conceptual model diagram of the database design part was introduced in detail.
