This thesis take Beijing Red Bull company automated filling production line as the research object. By analyzing the automated production line, and filling technology to start, major study with the filling control and process control. The entire production line employs advanced technology to improve the filling machine automatic control level and production efficiency, use of PLC control and bus control technologies to improve system automation ideas. And the most complex part take use of B & R control system module EX484, it's responsible for filling metering cylinder liquid level control, tank fill level control, filling valve pneumatic control, filling the time point of control. Through the reasonable allocation of these several aspects composition of a high-speed, real-time, reliability network-wide integrated automation control system. Three aspects of the entire system application of, advanced technology to improve operational reliability and stability to meet the various demands for filling, it will make significance development to the for the filling beverage production. |
