In order to produce the products for the leading enterprises,processing requirements on product surface spray is increasing,this is the specification of the box and more variety of features based on the same model and method adopt spray path in the spray production process will cause paint waste,low efficiency and increase the cost of production.The research shows that the spraying technology based on industrial robot can realize the precise trajectory control and path planning,and can improve the surface quality of the box products.It can be seen that,based on the characteristics of various types of box type parts,the use of industrial robot spray flexible production line for the product specifications of the box enterprises have a more important role.This paper describes the design of an industrial robot with flexible production line based on RFID tag,the industrial robot technology and spraying technology combined to achieve a flexible production of mass customization,can make products of various specifications of plastic processing.The introduction of RFID radio frequency identification technology to the flexible production of multi box Francis,according to the different procedures to call the robot spray box specifications corresponding,greatly shorten the operation time of spray,beat and effectively solve the problem of powder production line in the process,while improving the utilization rate of powder coatings,the largest to maximize the reduction of volatile organic compounds in the coating process of emissions,so as to meet the requirements of environmental protection.First of all,the plastic flexible production line of the background and significance of the research are summarized,introduces the current research status of spraying production line and spraying process of the present research status of the current development trend of the spraying production line is analyzed,and put forward the framework and main research contents.Secondly,in order to realize the flexible plastic spraying production line,through the reasonable selection of spraying robot,RFID electronic label and the types and models of spray gun,the overall design of the flexible production line is carried out.The database of Solidworks 3D model parametric modeling function to be created based on the spray box,and the box to be sprayed surface is analyzed and a preliminary planning.In order to realize the accurate positioning of the sprayed plastic box with the conveying chain,a special tool is designed to coordinate the position and posture of the spraying robot and the box body when spraying.On the basis of the creation of the coordinate system of the robot tool,the trajectory of the spray gun is calculated,and the thickness of the coating is optimized by calculation.Thirdly,in order to realize the communication between the control system and the control system of the production line,the communication between S7-300 and S7-1200 of two different PLC is analyzed.Through module division operation on spray production line system,analyzes the industrial programming module,simulation module and operating system for function modules in robot with flexible production line work,and the entire control system with flexible production line of the overall design.Finally,based on the FANUC Roboguide PaintPRO environment,the simulation model of the flexible production line is established.On the basis of the completion of the spray trajectory,the path of the robot spraying operation is programmed off-line,and the spray trajectory is optimized through the comparison between the simulation and the theoretical calculation.
