| With the rapid development of the industrial internet,the industrial manufacturing system has changed gradually,and it is of great significance to study the information system and its application of industrial production lines.This paper combines the new communication technology in manufacturing and the current market demand for customized product services,and studies the application of OPC UA(OPC Unified Architecture)technology to small-scale customized production lines.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Proposes an OPC UA architecture suitable for small-scale customized production line information system,which is different from the one suitable for the current large-scale production mode of industrial manufacturers,and provides users with a platform to customize products according to their own preferences.(2)Focus on the research of OPC UA server.The OPC UA server acts as a communication bridge between OPC UA client and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)to realize the bidirectional communication of data among them.It includes OPC UA server architecture,address space mapping and communication mechanism.The address space nodes store the corresponding order attributes in a tree structure by coding which is convenient for clients to access the order attributes.(3)Applies this research to the information system of the yogurt filling production line.The local OPC UA server is developed based on the OPC UA server SDK.By reading,writing,accessing,processing and transmitting order data,bidirectional communication of data is realized;the OPC UA mobile client is also designedwith a user interface that allows users to customize the types of drink and their capacities to realize the submission of customized orders.In this paper,the information system is tested on the yoghurt filling production line and the system runs normally and stably.The experiment shows that the research results are applied successfully to the customized yoghurt filling production line system. |
