Taking advantage of the convenience of highly informatization,use the resources of cooperative enterprises to jointly face the market has becoming the main means for enterprises to participate in the competition.JIT Supply Chain(Just in Time Supply Chain)is a kind of management method which extend the concept of JIT into whole Supply Chain,scholars have improved the JIT supply chain from concept and characteristics,and also have some achievements in inventory management and scheduling.However,many researchers regard the demand of JIT supply chain as continuous and transformed it into EOQ model for research.Discrete market demand is beneficial to enrich the content of JIT supply chain,and it is also suitable for the multi-batch and small-batch ordering principle advocated by JIT supply chain.Therefore,this paper studies the JIT supply chain coordination problem based on order demand to obtain feasible optimization methods.(1)Based on the analysis of JIT supply chain characteristics,a research idea of JIT supply chain coordination and optimization is expounded to construct a three-tier research framework.The key problems of the framework are discussed,and the technical routes are formed to solve the problems.(2)Analyzing the important factors involved in upstream and downstream cooperation of JIT supply chain,a supplier evaluation system which takes the order fulfillment ability as the main evaluation criterion is built,and the analysis and calculation method of quantitative and qualitative evaluation index of low-volume,multi-batch order mode is given.A normalized treatment method is determined to calculate index value,and the evaluation weight of each evaluation index is obtained based on information entropy theory.(3)A kind of synergy optimization problem of supply chain production plan based on JIT is studied.Taking the secondary supply chain wiht a single manufacturer and multiple suppliers as the research object,following the BOM and MRP principle,an optinizing moldel of supply batch is set up to minimize the cost of JIT supply chain caused by inventory,transportation,stock out,crashing and so on.New delivery plans of suppliers can be obtained by adjusting the manufacturer's MPS.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed and combined with genetic crossover to solve the model.The model feasibility is demonstrated by a case study,and the validity of the algorithm is verified by result analyzing.(4)From the deeper level of JIT supply chain cooperation,optimize the supply strategy of manufacturers and suppliers after urgent order receiving.Target the total cost of the supplier's emergency supply,and consider the spare capacity of the supplier,optimize the supplier's emergency supply solution set and complete the first stage optimization;Take the emergency supply plan as the manufacturer's receipt,then allocate the processing plan of different time periods from the manufacturer's urgent processing and the delay of ordinary orders,after that,the second stage of the emergency order production strategy is formed,and the example of ordinary orders is used to continue verification at this stage.
