Analysis Of Scientific Research Group's Impact Based On Bibliometrics

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "innovation is the first driving force for leading development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system".Scientific researchers should join in the construction of the national innovation system and become the scientific and technological force for strengthening the strategy.At this point,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in congratulatory letters to Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences that we should face the frontiers of agricultural science and technology in the world,face the major needs of the country,face the main battlefield of modern agricultural construction,accelerate the construction of world class disciplines and first-class research institutes,and strive to reach the summit and take the lead in leaping forward to promote the overall leap of China's agricultural science and technology.As a national team of agricultural research,we should thoroughly implement the important spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's "triple orientated" and "double first class" in congratulatory letters,and strengthen the quality of higher education and enhance the professional level of high-level talents.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation on how to build a first-class scientific research group,research on the analysis and evaluation of the influence of the scientific research group,understand the gap between the scientific research group and the related scientific research group in the world-class discipline direction,and clarify the position of the scientific research group.Therefore,based on the above background,this paper puts forward the research questions: on the premise of systematically explaining the characteristics of scientific research activities of scientific research groups,this kind of research intends to study the influence analysis of scientific research groups from the perspective of bibliometrics,to achieve the purpose of summarizing the successful experience and achievements of current scientific research groups.Specifically,for the research group of CAAS engaged in basic agricultural research and basic application research,the analysis and evaluation of the research group with less than 20 research members find out the gap between the world-class discipline related research group,clarify the position of the research group,and provide support for the first-class construction of the research group.Four first level indicators and 13 second level indicators were constructed to analyze the influence of scientific research group.The main research contents are as follows:(1)a comprehensive review of the relevant research progress: a comparative analysis of the main characteristics and evaluation methods of scientific research group,a review of the relevant theories and research progress on the connotation of scientific research group,characteristics of scientific research group,bibliometrics and scientific impact evaluation.(2)Demand survey: on the basis of theoretical review,through expert interviews on the needs of stakeholders in the research group,combined with literature review and interview content,the paper sorted out the needs of stakeholders' evaluation.(3)Index system construction: this paper summarizes and combs the bibliometric indexes related to the influence evaluation of scientific research group from the bibliometric characteristics and relevant research contents,discusses the applicability of the bibliometric indexes according to the classification of needs,and initially draws up the analysis index system;adjusts the index system through expert consultation and logic interpretation to obtain the final index system;uses the analytic hierarchy process The weights of 13 secondary indexes are calculated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.On this basis,a PICI index function model is proposed to analyze the influence through four variables of "production","impact","cooperation" and "innovation".(4)Case study: by selecting the animal influenza foundation and prevention and control team of CAAS and its three benchmarking teams,a total of four scientific research groups analyzed their influence,and investigated the rationality of the above evaluation index system.The results show that the index system can analyze the influence of the target group from the dimensions of production,influence,cooperation and innovation,understand the station situation,and meet the needs of the stakeholders of the target research group on evaluation.Through the analysis of the index system and the related evaluation results,we can meet the evaluation needs of understanding the current situation of the scientific research group,exploring the advantages and gaps,measuring the cooperation,clarifying the potential and innovation ability.
