The Study On Scientific Journals Evaluation Based On Different Citing Quality

In the21st century,science and technology has made rapid development.With the development of technology,science and technology journals showing a flourishing state.since from British philologist Bradford evaluated journals and periodicals for the first time,here comes many evaluation theories and methods,then these theories and methods are applied in practice so it can be relatively widespread.Now scientific journals evaluation system developed very well, it can be said that the evaluation system and the development of scientific and technical journals are mutually reinforcing.To evaluate science and technology periodicals is an important part of academic evaluation.If the journal evaluation is taken relatively objective evaluation system, then it will improve the quality of journals without purpose or not.Because the existing evaluation methods and system both have advantages and disadvantages, that means most evaluation method is not perfect, especially in our country,there exit many Problems like alienation functions,insufficient refined journal evaluation, and unreasonable weight design. Therefore, in order to find a better, more objective and more scientific evaluation methods, more and more scholars began to study periodical evaluation.and this is the primary purpose desire to evaluate journals.In order to reflect the level of scientific journals and academic influence,people use qualitative,quantitative,and combining qualitative and quantitative methods to find The law of development and growth trend of scientific journals this is called journal evaluation.In different journals, document is different too,so this provides scholars a way to find documents easily.Besides the competent authorities of Journals will improve the quality of journals indexed literature on purpose and this will be end up with improve the quality of Journals and bring the benign competition between different journals.This thesis is divided into five parts,in the first chapter,it introduces the background and history of the development of journal evaluation,then explore the research journal evaluation has far-reaching significance, and finally a brief introduction to the film and paper innovations inadequacies.In the second chapter,firstly,it describes the periodical evaluation of the development and research status at home and abroad.Then describes the overview and related research on the status of journal evaluation of domestic and foreign research separately.Secondly it will compared the current situation concerning research journal in the field of evaluation studies and abroad.In the third chapter,it will introduces the meaning of scientific knowledge map,theoretical basis and the main method.Then use CiteSpace to do journal evaluation literature research.The main researches are researchers distribution,research focus,author co-citation analysis,journal co-citation analysis,document co-citation analysis,And make a lot of rich images and tables. This provide valuable reference information for academics and researchers associated.In the fourth chapter,we will design two indexes then use them into practice.Because of different journal evaluation have different advantages,in this chapter we will use the design ideas of IF and h-index to design IFW and Hw-index.These inherits the advantages of IF and h-index, but more scientific and objective,then analysis20economic journals from73economic journals in CSSCI.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy recommendations.
