Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Scientific Data Open Sharing Policy Based On AHP

As a kind of data with great value in massive data,scientific data has been paid attention to by all walks of life before the arrival of the big data era.In recent years,China has also followed the footsteps of public sharing of international scientific data and has been advancing research on the openness and sharing of scientific data and related policies.However,in the past 20 years,policy evaluation has been a very important research area,and it is slightly weak in China's research status.This paper intends to conduct research on the open sharing policy texts of scientific data through analytic hierarchy process and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.Establish an evaluation index system for such policies and seek The key evaluation indicators of such policies,provide theoretical basis for the evaluation and optimization of scientific data open sharing policy,and provide theoretical basis for the implementation and formulation of China's scientific data open policy.
