Radio frequency identification(RFID) is an automatic identification technique of non-contact using frequency communication, the non contact type determines the characteristics of the RFID technology has the characteristics of high automation, high recognition rate, high mobility and so on in management, and to the greater support and assistance to management, improve the management of efficiency. Since twenty-first Century, the application of RFID technology with the continuous development of science and technology constantly updated, the scope of its application is more and more widely, is a representative application example includes storage management, vehicle management and document management etc.. In order to promote the RFID technology in the research and development of China’s better, the State Ministry of science and Technology Commission and other departments have also issued a "Chinese radio frequency identification(RFID) technology policy white thesis" and "radio frequency identification of some key technology research and development" and other documents, requirements of the enterprises, especially the postal, telecommunication and port state control industry in the management of in-depth application and research of RFID technology, according to the operation mode and operation situation of the enterprise, from the angle of combining theory with practice, the application of the RFID technology to practical work, to form larger information management advantages, and increase the market competitiveness of enterprises.Jiangsu Telecom Center warehouse is the telecommunication equipment logistics unit Chinese communication service limited company Jiangsu subsidiary of the company, responsible for all of Jiangsu 13 ground city telecom equipment logistics and warehousing business. In recent years, with the development of communication technology and people’s increasingly demand on communication service also grow with each passing day, the volume of business of Jiangsu telecom. Up to now, the Jiangsu Telecom Center warehouse, receiving goods hundreds of cubic, the daily average of about 40 vehicles, the amount of daily documents 2000-5000, in base material covering hundreds of acres, thousands of types of materials, the volume of business is very full. Under the traffic so full, how on the Jiangsu Telecom Center warehouse logistics work for better management, lowering the efficiency of development of enterprises in the fierce market competition, the company has been in the pursuit of the goal. In the process of continuous innovation and improvement of management methods, the Jiangsu Telecom center library also respond to the call of the country took the lead in the attempt to apply the RFID technology in the storage management, and therefore a study on this topic.The research of this article first introduces the Jiangsu Telecom center base into RFID technology background and environment, and the RFID technology and the storage management information system related knowledge and techniques are introduced, and then the realization of demand analysis, RFID warehouse management information system in accordance with the general steps of software development for the development the detailed design and system. In the requirement analysis stage, combined with the actual needs of Jiangsu Telecom warehouse management business, analysis of the system required to complete corresponding functional, non functional requirements and the system. In the detailed design stage, the overall functions, the overall structure of the system and the overall model is designed, and then each sub function modules of processes and functions are analyzed and designed, and complete the design of database. In the part of system implementation, by writing code level realizes the corresponding function, shown and described and representation of the code in the thesis, at the same time with the corresponding system page. Finally, combined with the actual terrain and hardware and software conditions of Jiangsu Telecom Center warehouse, the system is deployed and tested, and feedback the corresponding test results.
