As a part of the public cultural system,university libraries undertake the dual tasks of teaching and scientific research,and are one of the bases for training talents and academic research.As a librarian of college libraries,their professional cognition has a crucial influence on the development of college libraries.Based on the qualitative research of grounded theory,this article randomly selected the librarians of various departments of the library of Zhengzhou University to conduct in-depth semi-structured interviews.At the same time,the questionnaires were distributed to the librarians of college libraries inside and outside the province.The data is coded and analyzed to construct a model of influencing factors for the professional recognition of college librarians.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of this article,a review of relevant literature research at home and abroad,research content,research methods and innovations.The second chapter raises questions,design steps,select samples and design interview outlines,and extracts and summarizes codes.The research process meets the requirements of reliability,validity and ethics.The third chapter is the model construction and analysis based on the result of coding,from three levels of society and universities,libraries and individual librarians.The fourth chapter is to explain the influencing factors model of college librarians' occupational cognition.The fifth chapter is to put forward some suggestions based on the research results,improve the professional awareness of college librarians,and put forward thinking and prospects.The research results are as follows: The occupational cognition of college librarians is mainly affected by three levels of influencing factors: The first level is the level of society and universities,and its influencing factors include library and information institutions,library laws and regulations,social recognition,The social atmosphere of the new era,the positioning and requirements of university libraries.The second level is the library level.Its influencing factors include library environment,continuing education policy,management system,job nature,academic activities,and team building.The third level is the individual level of college librarians,whose influencing factors include personal literacy,personal ability,professional literacy,and sense of organizational belonging.The influencing factors at all levels interact and connect with each other,which affects and restricts the professional recognition of college librarians.Based on the analysis results,a model for influencing the occupational cognition of college librarians is finally constructed,in order to improve the occupational cognition of college librarians in the new era,strengthen the process of library modernization,and increase the satisfaction of service targets.Provide theoretical reference for improving the work efficiency of college librarians.
