China Library Professional Certification System Research

Discussions on library professional qualification authentication have lasted for a long time. Therefore, starting with the experience of establishing library professional qualifications authentication system in foreign countries, this paper analyses the feasibility and the necessity of the university library professional qualifications admittance system. And expounds the practical significance for our country to establish and carry on this system and puts forward the main content and several problems to be solved during establishing and carrying on this system in our country. This article designs a feasible scheme of library professional qualification authentication system and its realizing way. It contains continued education,personnel agency system and post promotion.The article points out that this scheme is advantageous to realizing the scientific management of library human resources.
