Driven by the diversification of market demand,the mixed production mode of multi variety and small batch has become an effective means to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.It have improved the production flexibility to a certain extent,but also increased the difficulty of material distribution and management.Adopting scientific and reasonable material distribution scheme in the mixed flow manufacturing workshop can not only ensure the normal supply of materials in the workshop,but also reduce the distribution cost to a certain extent.Adopting a scientific and reasonable material distribution scheme in the mixed flow manufacturing workshop,which is an effective means to ensure the normal supply of materials in the workshop,avoid the untimely and inaccurate distribution,and reduce the distribution cost.Therefore,it is of practical application value to research the material distribution in the mixed flow manufacturing workshop.From the point of view of material distribution in the factory,the material distribution scheme in the mixed flow workshop is researched.First of all,in view of the problems in material distribution,such as material distribution is not timely and wrong due to the non synchronization of information flow and logistics,RFID technology and UWB technology are used to realize the real-time data collection of mixed flow manufacturing workshop,which provides data support for the research of material distribution scheme.Secondly,according to the usage frequency,volume and distribution difficulty of materials,the materials in the storage area are divided into general materials,key materials and sorting materials.Different distribution strategies are designed for different materials.Based on the analysis of the uncertain environment in the workshop,the model of the optimal distribution quantity of materials is established.Then,based on the real-time consumption speed of materials and normal fuzzy number,the calculation method of normal fuzzy time window under dynamic response is proposed,and the flexible distribution strategy is designed.Finally,a path optimization model is established,which aim is to minimize the total distribution cost.The model is solved by combining genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm.Taking a refrigerator mixed flow manufacturing workshop as an example,the feasibility of the model is verified by comparing the results of different time window constraintsThe results of normal fuzzy time window and traditional time window under dynamic response are compared,and the validity of material distribution path model with normal fuzzy time window constraints under dynamic response is verified...
