As information technology and intelligent technology gets more and more widely used in the manufacturing process,optimizing the material distribution route in the discrete manufacturing workshop has become one of the inevitable production resource scheduling optimization problems in intelligent production.At the same time,it is of great significance to realize the informatization and intelligent simulation of material distribution scheduling process in production scene and apply the optimization technology of material distribution route in discrete manufacturing workshop to the production and manufacturing planning of actual enterprises for reducing production costs and realizing intelligent decision-making of the material distribution process in discrete manufacturing workshop.Based on these problems,this essay focuses on how to optimize the material distribution route in discrete manufacturing workshop and its numerical simulation method,which mainly includes the contents following:1)For the purpose of optimizing the transportation time consumption,service satisfaction and equipment load of the distribution equipment,this essay presents an algorithm based on improved tabu search to optimize the distribution route of materials in discrete manufacturing workshop.The proposed algorithm can not only optimize the material distribution process,but also promote a faster calculation.2)This essay presents some discrete manufacturing workshop material distribution scheduling strategies based on the determined scheduling cycle,instant service,and the earliest expected arrival time of sequential materials,which solve the resulting scheduling problem caused by distribution tasks being generated at any time during the production process.With the help of the material distribution route optimization algorithm of discrete manufacturing workshop based on improved tabu search,this essay optimizes three kinds of material distribution scheduling strategies and improves the performance of material distribution scheduling.3)On the basis of the original numerical simulation system of the production process of the hybrid flexible production line,this essay proposes an additional numerical simulation method of the material distribution scheduling process of the discrete manufacturing workshop based on the discrete event system,designs and finally realizes this function of numerical simulation.The experiments designed in this essay for different research contents in different chapters verify the effectiveness and performance of the material distribution route optimization algorithm for discrete manufacturing workshop based on improved tabu search and the three material distribution scheduling strategies.
