| It is discussed in this thesis about design and implementation of Dingyi company’s manufacturing material flow management system which is production and manufacturing process oriented. This system meets the real business requirement of highly efficient scientific management for enormous material inventory. Through the new technology RFID, the system realizes dynamic and real-time inventory data collection, replacing traditional foreground manual data collection operation. It can combine with background computer database better, and form all-intelligent inventory system to tremendously improve inventory availability and reduce business cost.It is discussed in this thesis about the system’s business goal, software demand analysis, software design and implementation. It also gives user cases, software structure, database design scenario, main sub-systems’ internal data processing flow and programming. The system’s overall structure includes three layers:general background business system provides business information, such as manufacturing transaction information, material data, material inventory management data, etc. for application server. Application layer server carries out overall management and control to the system, including distributing monitoring strategy, distributing task and application data/information, collecting uploading monitoring data from all the terminals, generating varied report forms to realize managing layer monitoring. This layer includes terminal system and material monitoring door management sub-system. Through integration with background database, the monitoring door management system realizes functions of data storage layer, operation logic processing layer, and application exhibition layer. Foreground manual equipment mainly downloads tasks from application server and sync main data, filter, and monitoring strategy data. It can adjust material information and give timely alert if needed.This system has been finished testing. After fulfilling of software function and on-site debugging, it already reaches stable running status, and apparently improves the company’s manufacturing material management efficiency and transaction accuracy. |
