With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration,the competition of manufacturing industry has become more and more fierce,it is facing enormous survival challenges.Manufacturing industry can be divided into two categories: discrete manufacturing industry and continuous manufacturing industry.The discrete manufacturing industry refer to the discrete production activities mainly consisting of assembly or processing of spare parts.The final product is produced by materials through multi-process processing.This dissertation takes the production process of an auto parts company as an example to study and analyze.The production process of auto parts is a typical discrete manufacturing process.In the production process of automobile parts,the kinds of materials required are very complicated.How to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials to the production line is an important part of the production process.Firstly,the production process of the discrete production workshop is introduced and its characteristics are summarized.Secondly,the original material distribution mode of the production workshop is analyzed,and the existing problems in the material distribution mode are pointed out.Then,based on the application of RFID technology,a new material distribution strategy is proposed,considering the maximum load quality of the distribution vehicle and the material distribution.Under the constraints of windows and so on,a material distribution routing optimization model with the minimum distribution cost as the objective function is established.The model is solved by genetic algorithm and simulated on Matlab,which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.Finally,a material distribution system is designed and developed to ensure the stability of material distribution.The research of this dissertation has a certain reference significance for discrete manufacturing industry to improve the efficiency of material distribution,reduce the cost of material distribution and achieve more effective distribution.
