The supply and distribution of production materials during automobile assembling process influence the stability and continuity of the production directly. Especially due to the increase of the requirement of Customization, the kinds and number of materials are increasing. The uncertain factors which influence the material distribution become more and more complicated. This thesis put the material delivery vehicle manufacturing process as the research object, aim at the uncertainty of material arrival time, put forward the path optimization method based on fuzzy soft time Windows, in order to realize the punctuality, high precision and low cost of the distribution of production materials.(1)This thesis introduces research status of the production logistics through shops layout and materials distribution routing, and briefly narrates the significant of the research. This thesis elaborates the organization of the production during the process of the automobile assembling and the mode of the common material distribution. On this basis, it analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and optimizing index of material distribution during the process of the finished automobile assembling.(2)This thesis introduces the workstation-oriented material management thought, and designs a plan of the storage and distribution of the materials of automobile, presents the concept of fuzzy soft time windows to characterize the uncertainty problems of the material arriving time. On this basis, an optimization model of material delivery path with fuzzy soft time windows was established to minimize the distribution cost with the average customer satisfaction as constraint, and research dynamic programming-Simulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm to solve the model; Example showed that the model was feasibility and effectiveness.(3)This thesis designs and develops a set of dynamic distribution system facing automobile assembling process and research the overall functional architecture, hardware and software architecture and some key technology about implementing the system such as Industrial Ethernet, Information sensing technology, Fieldbus technology etc. Finally, develop the prototype system.
