With the domestic micro-blog in recent years the continuous development and improvement, micro-blog users get rapid growth, influence is also growing, library service for readers in the use of traditional service modes at the same time, it also began to use micro-blog to better service to the readers. At present, in the domestic university library micro-blog platform to carry out service is more and more, so how to develop and use them? What are the problems? The readers of University Library micro-blog what look? How to make better use of micro-blog? These are the need for in-depth analysis and research.This paper aims to make a comprehensive research in University Library micro-blog service. The University Library micro-blog service is regarded as the research object of the paper. First of all, domestic university library opened micro-blog to do a survey, pick out the fans the top20university library as a sample from the statistical analysis, from the four aspects of appearance characteristics, micro-blog influence index, the content index, the specific content, and the paper summarized the existing problems of University Library micro-blog. Secondly, to investigate the micro-blog users, understand their eyes micro-blog University Library ideal should have what conditions, so as to reveal the factors that influence the user micro-blog service of University library. This part using the method of questionnaire survey, part of the University micro-blog user selected as the research object, questionnaire after the first SPSS17for the validity and reliability test, and then the results were statistically analyzed, factors that affect users micro-blog service of University library. Finally, the analysis results are summarized and some suggestions are put forward, to the future work are presented.The innovation of this paper is that according to the result of the investigation situation of University Library micro-blog and user expectation surveys to put forward measures for improvement of University Library micro-blog, this kind of thinking is very novel.This thesis mainly studies the application of micro-blog in the services of university library, University Library micro-blog will enrich the research thought, is conducive to the improvement of the library in the knowledge economy society, to better realize the function of information service. At the same time, the analysis of survey micro-blog questionnaire of University Library in the study can provide reference for the future micro-blog practice in University Library in a certain extent.
