Research On The Innovation Of Network Security Service Of BeiXinYuan

With the sustained attention to network security at the national level,more and more enterprises have entered this field,and more and more products are well known to the public.Relevant entrepreneurs in this field have found that service innovation has developed into an effective way for network security product research and development enterprises to achieve differentiated competition,improve service quality and increase service revenue.In this paper,Beixinyuan Corporation's network security service innovation is set as a research object to explore the case study and further analyze the development trend of service innovation capability as for network security R&D enterprises and the interference caused in service innovation performance at each stage during the enterprise development.On the basis of document literature collection,case collection and analysis,field research and interviews,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theoretical model proposed herein.The conclusions are inferred as follows:(?)In each period of enterprise development,the service innovation capability of network security product R&D enterprises(hereinafter referred to as "network R&D enterprises")will reflect different leading function,which is a combination ability in nature with the characteristic dynamics.Only if all of the composition,environment and ability meet some certain requirements,will the performance of service innovation be improved effectively;(ii)The service innovation strategy and service innovation ability of a network R&D enterprise should interact each other base on some matching relationship,and the performance of service innovation can be optimized under the circumstance of the appropriate matching among environment,strategy and ability.In Summary,when the network R&D enterprises adopt the service innovation strategies that match the internal service innovation ability and environment of the enterprises,it is more likely that the enterprises can obtain a higher level of service innovation performance.It is expected that the above conclusions can support the successful development of service innovation capability and innovation activities for domestic network R&D enterprises in theory and in practice.
