Research On Innovation Performance Evaluation Of Science And Innovation Board Enterprises ——A Case Of Micro And Medium Companies

The innovation performance of enterprises is the decisive factor for the long-term and stable development of enterprises.In order to further promote high-quality development and build a scientific and technological power,the innovation and development strategy has become one of the important strategic plans of the 18^th?19^thCPC National Congress.The study of high-tech enterprises in the science and innovation board can not only enrich the literature of this kind of innovation performance,but also help to improve the input-output ratio of enterprises through in-depth analysis,and further improve the development stability and company strength of high-tech enterprises in the science and innovation board.This paper aims to solve what are the main factors affecting the innovation performance of science and Innovation Board enterprises?Is there any significant change in the innovation performance of enterprises before and after listing?What are the reasons behind this change?In this paper,the weight of each index in the comprehensive evaluation index system is calculated and determined by combining the"entropy method+delphi method",and the innovation performance evaluation index is established by combining the Delphi method and entropy method,mainly taking China micro Corporation as the research object,In addition,five semiconductor manufacturing enterprises with obvious innovation driving effect(including Huaxing original,Rui Chuang Weina,Lanqi technology,Lexin technology and Ansun Technology)are selected as examples.Through the analysis of the specific situation and data of the enterprise,under the practical application of the innovation driven performance evaluation system,the questionnaire method is used to supplement the relevant data,and the combined weighting method is used to weight each index,Calculate the performance evaluation value Gai from the perspective of enterprise innovation drive,and analyze it at the enterprise level.After this study,it is found that the innovation ability of micro and medium-sized companies has improved significantly after listing,and the Gai index has increased significantly.Except for Lanqi technology,the other five companies have decreased.In enterprises of the same scale,the average performance of micro and medium-sized companies also belongs to a high innovation level in the same industry.In addition,the science and technology innovation board,represented by Zhongwei company,has strong enterprise innovation ability,the core competitiveness of the market can not be underestimated,and the innovation investment and R?D efforts within the enterprise are large.Although the innovation performance at the enterprise level is slightly insufficient,many R?D investment is still in the initial stage,and both the enterprise,market investors and the government have high expectations for this board.Finally,the innovation performance evaluation system for the science and Innovation Board established in this paper can provide some reference for other types of enterprises to evaluate the innovation performance level,and make a horizontal comparison by calculating the specific Gai value.Therefore,this paper gives countermeasures and suggestions from the enterprise,market and government levels:it is suggested that enterprises need to further improve the technical level of R?D personnel and increase knowledge reserves;Strengthen the R?D of scientific and technological enterprises,enhance scientific and technological reserves,create a good innovation atmosphere and optimize R?D efficiency;Establish a sound R?D achievement audit and incentive system.At the market level,it is necessary to evaluate the innovation performance of enterprises from multiple angles according to different types of enterprises.Finally,the government should not only further strengthen the policy support for this type of enterprises,but also let enterprises explore independently and let the market regulate automatically.
