In the 21 st century,modern technology is developing accordingly,the people 's mate rial life is constantly improving,and the social and public demands for spiritual and cultur al aspects are also increasing.Libraries exist for users,and service is the permanent focus of the library.The goal of library quality management is to ensure "user satisfaction".Th e development of new urbanization has promoted the development of community libraries,which means that it has entered the era of reading for all.How to promote the steady development of community libraries and protect users' information needs is obviously an important topic worthy of in-depth discussion.This requires the selection of scientific methods to evaluate the service quality of community libraries,and then effectively improve their satisfaction with service supply and demand.This thesis is based on the community library service evaluation theory.It adopts six research methods: literature research,questionnaire survey,field investigation,statistical a nalysis method,case analysis method and analytic hierarchy process.It draws on the earlie st applied CSI model in Sweden to create a community library(reading room).A new mo del of user satisfaction,with community libraries and their user groups as survey objects t o measure supply and demand satisfaction.This study first explains the background and significance of the topic selection,analy zes the current research status of community library services,and explains the research ide as,research methods,and innovations and difficulties of research.Secondly,it introduces the selection of community library service evaluation models,and draws on foreign comm unity library service evaluation models to draw a service quality evaluation model suitable for evaluating community library(reading room)in China.Then it focuses on the CSI m odel of community library services and discusses the supply guarantee of community libra ry(reading room)services.It analyzes the community library(reading room)from four as pects: environmental construction,librarian configuration,literature resources,and reader services.Reader(user)demand satisfaction.Finally,based on the satisfaction of readers(users)in the community library(reading room),specific measures to optimize the quality of their services are proposed.The value and significance of improving the service quality of the community library(reading room)cannot be underestimated.Although the community library(reading room)is the grass-roots level of the public cultural library,if the construction of the grass-roots l ibrary is not in place,the masses will be impressed.Without satisfaction,the country's grass-roots public cultural undertakings will be far from successful.China's grassroots libra ries should pay close attention to the progress of the world,learn more from western count ries,continue to create management models and evaluation models that are suitable for Ch ina's national grassroots public cultural undertakings,and strive to do a good job of grassr oots public cultural undertakings and improve the level of library services.Make readers(users)more satisfied.
