Research On The Service Problems Of Suzhou Community Library

With the continuous improvement of national quality,the most basic community library in the public service system gradually highlights its role.However,due to the economic situation,policies,culture,education and other factors in different regions,there is a big gap between the construction status of community libraries in different regions.How to more accurately improve community library services in different areas and better serve community residents is the problem that each district of book intelligence and archives management personnel should think aboutThe first chapter of this article introduces the background significance of studying the community library,the current situation of the community library at home and abroad,and reviews the combing results.Later,the research ideas and methods of this paper are determined,and finally the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper are determined according to the process and conclusion of writing the paper.The first section of chapter two introduces the relevant concepts of community,community library and community library service.Determine the scope of community library service mainly includes service resources and service content,including equipment resource service,literature resource service,human resource service and public resource service;service content has both traditional service content and extended service content.In view of the development situation of Suzhou community library,this paper considers the traditional service content of the community library.The second section introduces the theory of library public information service equalization,new public service theory,long tail theory and other related theories.Chapter third chapter first investigates the current situation of community library service,mainly using three methods of field investigation of community library,non-structural interview of community librarians and questionnaire survey of community residents.Secondly,under the guidance of the equalization theory of public information service and the community library,the problems of basic equipment resources,security protection measures,literature lending system,per capita utilization rate and the traditional service audience in terms of service content.In view of the above problems,chapter four first chapter first explore the reasons for the above problems,both the community library itself,such as single mode,lack of professional librarians,publicity,also have community residents,such as community residents reading way change,the influence of the Internet and the community library service demand for the community library of change.Section 2 for the above reasons under the guidance of equalization theory,long tail theory and new public service theory,optimize the service mode of community library,establish professional librarians,strengthen the publicity and guidance of the community library,according to the residents reading way and the development of the Internet,adjust the development of community library service according to user needs,to carry out different groups characteristic services.Finally,the fifth chapter first summarizes the current situation of Suzhou Community Library,and then discusses the future development of Suzhou Community Library.
