The Research Of Community Library Construction Model

With the process of modernization in China,,it is necessary to improve the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,and that the community library as an important part of grass-roots culture construction,it plays a more and more important role.Its collection of community information services,cultural entertainment,continuing education,links,such as multiple functions in one,not only helps to improve members of the community residents' cultural quality,strengthen internal contact and communication,also can develop community pay close attention to the consciousness of community construction and development,and promoting the construction of community culture and economic prosperity,eventually contribute to the community the harmonious development of material civilization and spiritual civilization.The construction of community library research,therefore,is not just about people's livelihood,more about country and people development for a long time.This paper takes 10 community libraries of jinan lixia district as the research object,its infrastructure construction situation and the reader satisfaction is the survey research.First of all,the author uses the field investigation method and interview method,the community library in the environmental facilities,personnel,document resources,reader service and other aspects were investigated on the construction of the basis of statistics.Then,the author through the questionnaire on the community libraries'reader satisfaction evaluation.Finally,combining the above two parts of investigation and study,dig out the questions of community library in infrastructure construction,operation management,reader service and other problems.Found that the problem is not the goal,to solve the problem is the ultimate goal.In this paper,on the basis of empirical research,in view of the present community library in the foundation construction and reader satisfaction evaluation problems,put forward the feasible solution,and to construct the construction pattern of community library in general.Of course,the research object of this paper have certain regional limitation,can not cover the domestic community library in all of the problems existing in the construction and development,but I hope that this article research conclusion can provide reference and suggestions for the construction of community library in other areas,in order to better promote the construction and development of community library in China,eventually to promote the construction of spiritual civilization of our country.
