The fierce competition in the communication market not only requires the major operators to improve the basic service ability,but also puts forward higher requirements for the management ability and level of customers.The market customers of government and enterprise are in the core position of the target customer group of Nanchang Unicom,especially at the present time,when the homogenization competition of the three operators is becoming more and more fierce,the potential of the public customer group has been fully exploited and it is difficult to open the obvious gap in the competition.Today,the marketing of customers in the government and enterprise market can rapidly increase the number of customers and business income.At the same time,because most of the customer groups in the government and enterprise market are signed agreements and have been used for a long time.Customer group,so the stability of customers is relatively high,in this case,the government and enterprise market customers have become an important core growth point of Nanchang Unicom business revenue growth.In this paper,the system requirements analysis,system design and system implementation are described in detail.In the requirements analysis section,the demand analysis is carried out from the requirements of the development of customer business in the government and enterprise market,and the four functional modules are designed: marketing business opportunity management,marketing project management,marketing contract management,marketing business management;second,in the system design part,from the system physical architecture,system logic architecture,system functional architecture,system technical route description of the detailed design.Finally,on the basis of the design,the system implementation and test are completed,and each functional module is displayed and tested.Therefore,in order to strengthen the marketing management of government and enterprise market customers,we must strengthen the business opportunity collection,input,project establishment,transformation and other process management;from the needs of government and enterprise market customers,use the data in the system to analyze and mine,provide each government and enterprise market customer with targeted and individualized marketing scheme,further strengthen the business ability of communication?...
