Design And Implementation Of Process-driven Annuity Contract Management Platform

With the deepening trend of population aging in China,the problem of providing for the aged has been paid more and more attention.China's old-age security system is based on the basic old-age insurance,annuity old-age insurance and personal savings commercial old-age insurance as the three pillars of the security system,but the first pillar-basic old-age insurance accounts for the largest proportion,which in response to the trend of population aging,will inevitably cause heavy pressure on the basic old-age security system.Therefore,measures such as speeding up the operation of pension market and promoting enterprise annuity and occupational annuity emerged as the times require.G Insurance Company is a trust asset management company which provides enterprise annuity,occupational annuity and pension management products for customers.With the expansion of enterprise annuity business and pension insurance business,G Insurance Company has put forward the need to upgrade and transform the annuity contract management platform to complete the upgrading of the new generation annuity business system.This paper completes the design and development of process-driven annuity contract management platform by investigating the business needs of annuity contract management and combing the business processes.The platform adopts B/S architecture as a whole.The front-end uses React,Redux and Ant Design to build the front-end interface logic,and the back-end uses Activiti-based business process to drive technology to organize business link flow.At the same time,micro-service governance framework based on Spring Cloud is adopted to improve the modularity and scalability of the systemThe annuity contract management platform includes six modules:contract management,customer management,manager management,winning bidding information management,process memorandum management and statistical query.The annuity contract management platform provides users with a process driven business management mode.By identifying and dividing the operator's post responsibilities,the three job flow design is implemented on the basis of the information entry entry,the information review post review and the information audit Post's final audit.The business responsibilities of the annuity contract management are clear,business entrance is unified,and the business process is simple.Process management.The annuity contract management platform has been tested by users for many rounds,and has reached the expectations of users.Now it has been put on line and delivered to users for use.The annuity contract management platform combs the business process standardization,forams the process files conforming to BPMN2.0 standard specification,solidifies them into the system,realizes the automatic execution of business process,and avoids the problems of "conventional" and "discretion"existing in manual cooperation.At the same time,the system promotes the implementation in strict accordance with the standard business process.In the process of processing,the whole process of recording business names,business links,managers,time and other relevant information can be traced,traceable,and all personnel's business indicators can be quantified to provide an objective digital basis for performance appraisal.
