Design And Implementation Of Business Contract Information Management System For China Telecom Corporation

This thesis presents software development of China Telecom Corporation's business contract information management system.The development goal is to provide the assistant tool to addressing major problems in business contract management and realize new management specifications.From China Telecom corporation's major requirements in business contract information management,this thesis presents the development of business contract management system's functions analysis,design and implementation.Through the analysis of the impact factors on business contract management,it establishes the main functions which include the contract validation management,signing and archiving management and contract execution management.The related data processing demands and use case models are built up for the above requirement analysis.The thesis systematically describes the approach to the software solution,constructs the software framework by means of the object-oriented methods under the principles of making the system not only advanced but also practical and open to new functions.It presents some further concrete details,including its architecture design,database design,interface schemes,some internal data processing flows and object structures by means of object-oriented methods.It also sketches the methods in programming the system with C# and system testing works.In consequence,this business contract information management system realizes a helpful assistant tool for the corporation's business management in its telecommunication related projects based on contemporary sophisticated business management theory and methods.It also realizes good practicality and maintainability,well reaching the demands in telecom business services.
