The Design And Implementation Business Contract System Of Ningxia Telecom

With China Telecom having obtained 3G license and implementation of all business operations, three important operators have already started the battle of fight for various types of customers. By bundling sales and portfolio sales, China Telecom provides a full range of products package sales strategy, and deeply being recognized by customers. However, during actual operation, the signing, approval and archiving processes of the contract are still in state of manual control and management. This is likely to cause the following problems:First, due to contracts'body without standard, It is easily to give rise to legal disputes.Second, being lack of uniform, contract management of local networks does not respond and implement Province company's related policies, so the customers' perception are affected.Third, during period for acceptance of the contract, tracking and remindind are not in place, and so it easily lead to customers'complaints.In this paper, Ningxia Telecom's business contracts system and implementation was proposed. First, an introduction to the system development technologies, especially J2EE framework, was discussed. Second, combined with CTG-MBOSS's management requirements of China Telecom for sales document, using object-oriented method, the system requirements and design were discussed. Third, focusing on the main modules of system implementation details, using J2EE architecture, the system's functions were implemented. Fourth, using the popular Pressure simulation software LoadRunner 8.0, the system performance was tested. By gradually increasing concurrent users, the system functions were tested respect to pressure. And according to the server's operating parameters, the state of the system operation was assessed.Currently, the system has been formally launched in Ningxia telecom. The system is stable, and the expected goal of the project was achieved.
