Due to the complicated situation,there are many bus forms in the industrial production site.The devices between the same kind of bus can realize the information interaction while between different buses cannot directly exchange information.It is complicated and costly to replace the existing bus form with a unified bus form.Therefore,developing a device capable of performing multiple protocol conversions without changing the existing bus structure is of great significance for the industrial production site of multi-bus.This thesis designs a scheme of multi-bus data exchange,based on this scheme designs the software and hardware of the system,the system has capable of multi-bus data exchange.The multi-bus data conversion control system in this design is applied to the industrial production site.By studying the bus forms used in the industrial production site,several typical bus forms are selected to realize the data exchange between Ethernet,CAN,RS485,RS422 and 1553 B buses.At the same time,a 32 real-time data acquisition card are designed for specific needs.The whole system has both data acquisition and data conversion functions.The system is divided into three layers: the bottom layer implements data acquisition and data conversion,the middle layer implements route addressing,and the upper layer implements data monitoring and routing configuration.According to the complex environment of industrial production site,based on the system hardware reliability analysis,the data acquisition card with full isolation interface and the conversion board with multiple different bus forms are designed.The single bus conversion board has an Ethernet communication interface,which enables conversion from bus to Ethernet.Considered the hardware design of the board,the corresponding underlying software is developed.The Ethernet switch is used to realize the Ethernet interconnection between different boards or the interaction between the board and thecontrol layer.Based on multi-threading,database and socket communication technologys,the upper layer data management software been developed.The upper layer software can display,store and query the data collected by the data acquisition card,and can configure the routing of the multi-bus board.The unit and the whole machine are tested on the constructed system.The function and performance of the system can meet the design requirements and verify the feasibility of the whole scheme.The design can be applied in practical engineering.
