With the development of civil engineering industry,structure of large civil engineering becomes more complex and the scale is constantly increasing.Hence,quality monitoring on construction process and the application later on must be carried out,as well close attention must be paid to its running status.Currently,in the field of civil engineering quality monitoring,sensor technology is often used to obtain important performance indicators of the key parts,e.g.the pressure,displacement,strain,vibration.But the traditional civil engineering quality monitoring takes the way of cooperative work using multiple sets of instruments based on sensor type,and the data transmission mode is relatively single,which brings inconvenience in site testing and monitoring of civil engineering,and therefore a multi-functional data acquisition instrument is needed to be applied in the field of civil engineering quality monitoring.On the basis of the specific performance indicators of civil engineering itself,the thesis designs a multi-functional data acquisition instrument,which has ability of acquiring signals from various sensors concurrently.The acquisition instrument has four channels,each channel can collect analog signals of various types,and four channels can work at the same time.In addition,in order to adapt to different communication conditions Three types of communication methods are implemented between the multi-functional data acquisition instrument and server—Fast Ethernet,RS485 bus,4Gthree wireless communication.This paper describes the design of the multi-functional data acquisition instrument mainly from the hardware circuit design and program design.And some key technical problems are solved according to the idea of modularization in the introduction of the hardware circuit including the design of constant current source and voltage source,signal conditioning circuit design,A/D conversion circuit,communication module circuit design,and the main control module circuit design.In the design of program mainly includes data reading,data caching,frame optimization etc.,and also introduces the implementation method of online upgrade for acquisition instrument program;finally the testing scheme to acquisition instrument are introduced and the actual test results are demonstrated.Multi-functional data acquisition instrument designed in this paper has the advantages of low cost,high precision,easy carrying,multi-communication mode and versatility,and has been applied in the construction site of some civil engineering and various performance indicators meet the requirements.
